About The Park
Haloe Park Higashimatsuyama is the biggest skatepark in Saitama, Tokyo area. It is made of fully concrete and you need to get a membership to use this park. They recently added a “vertical ramp” in this park. There’s also a BBQ space for skaters.

About The Sections
The main park is made of concrete and you’d see a lot of bowls and half pipes there so it’d be so fun just cruising there. Also, they have stairs and rails so you can try street tricks there. You can create so many lines here so I think this park is good for competitions.
Overall, I’d say this park is for “upper-level skaters“.
